Car Bluetooth Audio Connection Issues
| Car Bluetooth Audio Connection Issues |
Issue description
When the phone is connected to the car via Bluetooth, the media audio is not connected, leading to issues such as music playing through the phone's speaker or no sound.
Cause
Media audio is not connected. The car needs to switch to Bluetooth music or switch the audio channel to Bluetooth.
Solution
This solution is applicable to car brands such as BYD, Li Auto, and AITO, while similar principles apply to other car brands. However, due to differences in interface design, users should locate the audio output channel on their specific car system and switch to Bluetooth output.
Method 1: On the car screen, find and tap the "Bluetooth Music" app. This will take you to the Bluetooth music interface, as shown in the image below.
Method 2: In the car's music playback interface, switch the audio channel to Bluetooth, as shown in the image below.
Method 3: For some cars, you may need to go to Music settings > Bluetooth > Bluetooth connection interface. From there, you can search for and connect to the phone, and you can also use your phone to search for and connect to the car. Once connected, music should play normally, as shown in the image below.
