Please try the following steps:
- Check whether you have ignored updates for the app. You can go to App Market > Me > Updates available >
in the upper right corner > Apps with updates ignored, and check whether you have ignored the app's update notifications. - If your app was not downloaded through Honor App Market, it may not be available on the Honor App Market, and therefore cannot be updated through it.
- If the application is available on Honor App Market, but you receive no update message, it is likely that the developer has not uploaded the update yet, or the updated version is under review and will not be available until it is approved.
- If you received the update message when launching the app but have no button to press, or the update message continues to show up after updating, please provide the [app name] and [latest version number] to our online customer service. We will verify as soon as possible. If there is a new version, we will urge the developer to release it on Honor App Market.
