Hey Everyone
You are reading it correctly! Windows 11 was announced by Microsoft last week.
It has been almost 6 years ago since Microsoft announced a new operating system. Back in 2015 they clearly stated that Windows 10 would be the last version and that there wouldn't be a Windows 11 or 12. I guess they have changed their mind! Though Windows 11 did not come as a surprise, since an early build was already leaked almost 2 weeks ago!
I was using the leaked early build a week before the announcement, so I can tell you a little bit about my experience.
UI
I personally think this is a step in the right direction for Microsoft. The user interface looks so much better now.
With its glass-transparent look, rounded corners, centered icons, and animations, it’s an impressive visual upgrade.
Android
Microsoft also announced a new feature. You can now directly use your favorite android apps on your HONOR MagicBook thanks to Windows 11.
You can look them up on the Microsoft store and download them directly from the Amazon app store.
Control Center
You now have a nice-looking control center in which you can find volume settings, wifi settings, brightness settings, and more!
It looks very good in my opinion.
Is it worth installing?
Well, technically yes! It is worth it because it looks great and feels refreshing.
Please keep in mind that the public version has not been released yet.
This is a developer build that you can download through the Windows Insider Program,
which you can find more info on right here!

The developer build is quite stable, although ‘PC Manager’ can cause some glitches at the taskbar in the down-right corner.
How to install Windows 11?
There are plenty of articles and videos that explain how to install Windows 11.
Here is one example:
I hope you will like Windows 11 as much as I do!
If you have any questions, please let me know!
What do you think about the new look?
THANKS, KURAMA
