Before using this feature, update the Health app and your device to the latest versions.
Choosing Custom watch faces
On the device details screen in the Health app, go to to access the Custom settings screen.
Touch
and select your desired image.Then touch SAVE. Your device will then display the customized photo as the watch face.
Only still images can be used as watch faces. There are no restrictions on the file format
