Problem:
The System Manager scans and detects virus in some apps such as NNBS, and displays a dialog box reminding users to uninstall these apps. Users can select related app icons, but are unable to uninstall it.
Cause:
Users may have accidentally enabled the device administrators function for these apps with virus.
Solution
You are advised to disable the device administrators function for these apps and try again.
To resolve this issue, perform the following steps:
1. Swipe down on the home screen to search for the Device administrators. Touch the app to display its details screen.Deactivate for related apps
2. Go to System Manager> to Uninstall related apps.
