Few days ago, the wonderful Magic 3 series was launched, which comes in 3 versions: Magic 3, Magic 3 Pro and Magic 3 Pro +.

All of these phones globally come with Google Play Services and thus, Google Play Store will be officially available on the phones.

But today's topic is about how do the Magic 3 series handsets otherwise differ? The screen is the same across the board, so it's all about finish and cameras. Let us breakdown the points of difference.

Design:

• Magic 3 only: Blue Hour vegan leather

• Magic 3 & Pro: Golden Hour, White, Black
• Magic 3 Pro+ only: Ceramic Black, Ceramic White
• Magic 3 & Pro weight: 202g / Magic 3 Pro+: 212g
• All handsets : IP68 protection

This means that the HONOR Magic 3 and Pro are the same thing, as only the Magic 3 offers a leather back. Other color options are white and black, and a gold * is available for both phones.

• Magic 3 & Pro wide (13mm): 13MP, 1/3.1in, f/2.2 / Magic 3 Pro+ only (11mm): 64MP, 1/2in, f/2.4
• All handsets mono: 64MP, f/1.8

The biggest difference between the Magic 3 series is the cameras. Magic 3 has 3 cameras, while Magic 3 Pro and Magic 3Pro + have 4 cameras, with a 4x zoom lens, but they differ in the main lens and the wide angle.

All three phones have a 50MP main camera, but the Pro+ uses a larger Sony IMX700 sensor (instead of the IMX766), which gives larger pixels across the same resolution, and thus better light-gathering properties and better low-light performance.

All three phones also have a wide-angle camera on the Magic 3 and Magic 3Pro with 13 MP and on the slightly wider Magic 3Pro+, with a resolution of 64 MP, and a larger sensor.

Only Magic 3 Pro and Magic 3Pro + are equipped with a 4x optical zoom lens, with a resolution of 64 MP with optical image stabilization.
