HONOR Band 5 was a real best buy in the industry, with an unprecedented sales record thanks also to its main feature: it was the first band to measure SpO2 oxygen saturation.

HONOR * ES, presented together with its bigger brother HONOR * GS PRO, ranks as an inexpensive smartwatch, i.e. many sports and smart functions but at an affordable price.

HONOR Band 6, despite an uncertain arrival on global markets, it is a true technological upgrade of HONOR Band 5, almost a smartwatch with a more contained display.

But back to the original question: which smartband or smartwatch should you recommend? I would like to say: HONOR Band 6 if we are looking for something with a more discreet display and we have a low budget; HONOR * ES if we prefer a more generous screen. Currently HONOR Band 5 would be only for lovers of vintage fitness tracker, although my mom uses it with great satisfaction to monitor steps, sleep and the oxygen saturation in the blood!
