Swimming training: how to empty the MagicWatch 2 from the water?
After a workout in the sea or in the pool, how do you empty the MagicWatch 2 from the water?
A few days ago the new fitband and sportwatch by HONOR were launched, respectively * ES and * GS PRO, but the best buy to date in the field of smartwatches was the MagicWatch 2 46mm. Today we are going to discover a hidden function that was recently reported to me.
* the video at https://www.youtube.com/*?v=fW91KjXJXEY and you'll find out what I'm talking about.
A user of the MagicWatch 2 46mm and swimming athlete noticed that at the end of the training in the pool an emptying function of the MagicWatch 2 was automatically activated. So I decided to start a swimming training in open sea (similar to training swimming in the pool) to verify this little known peculiarity.
Starting the swimming training, the smartwatch records the GPS path, strokes and style of swim, heart rate and distance travelled, in order to then provide a complete report after downloading the data to your smartphone via the Huawei Health app.
Then, at the end of the workout, before viewing the final data, you are warned of the movements to be performed to allow the MagicWatch 2 46mm to be emptied from the water. A slight intermittent acoustic signal notifies the operation which lasts a few seconds. This frees up the water present in the speakers and in the microphone.
At the end of a workout, I always recommend you to rinse your smartwatch with fresh water, shake it slightly to remove excess water drops and then gently dry with a towel.
And you had already noticed and you had not told us anything?
See you soon HONOR Fans!
