चिंता चिता के समान है|
The above line means Stress/Tension is like a funeral, the only difference is that stress burns a living body from inside and a funeral burns a dead body, so Stress is deadlier than a funeral. But again stress is of two types sometimes you can be in stress due to some positive things like you are going to get an award and you are happy but again in the stress of going on stage in front of many other people and then there is negative stress which needs no definition.
HONOR * ES comes with a Stress Monitoring feature, first * by HONOR under the INR 10K segment to have it. You can enable it by:
Pair your HONOR * ES with Huawei Health App on your Smartphone.
Select your *
Go to Health Monitoring.
Enable Stress Monitor, if enabling for the first time it will ask you some questions to understand your mental state.
So, once you have enabled Stree Monitor, your HONOR * ES will continuously monitor it and you can see your stress graph on your HONOR * ES and in Huawei Health App too. Stress is categorized into four parts, which are:
1-29 : Relaxed
30-59 : Normal
60-79 : Medium
80-99 : High
This is my Stree Graph for the past two days. Although once after being enabled it continuously monitors your stress yet if you want to know your stress level at the moment then you can do that too and read your Stree Level manually, find the below video for know-how-to?
