London, UK, January 7, 2022 - HONOR, a leading global provider of smart devices, today revealed new global research highlighting the best things people are looking forward to in 2022 as part of its global campaign of the HONOR Your Smile brand.
"As a brand, HONOR faced many challenges in 2021, but thanks to the positivity of our global colleagues, partners and customers, we have kept our promise to help consumers go further," said George Zhao, CEO of HONOR Device Co. Ltd. "We feel optimistic for the coming year and we want to continue to focus our efforts on bringing more smiles to people around the world."
Priority 2022: Reconnection with people, Wanderlust and Wellness
After long periods of isolation, research of over 8,000 respondents from around the world revealed that being with family is at the top of the list of things people look forward to in 2022. Spending time with friends (32 %), capturing new memories with friends or family (29%), and eager to see loved ones again after the block (21%) made it into the top ten, highlighting the power of human connection and reunion with loved ones.
Escapism is at the top of the agenda for many around the world, with going on vacation (39%), being able to travel (36%) and learning about different cultures (16%) are all in the top ten must-see moments for 2022 .
Other key findings of the research included consumer focus on well-being for both people and the planet. A quarter of respondents (26%) said they want to reach a new health or fitness goal in 2022, while 23% of respondents said they hope for a better future for the environment in 2022.

2. Going on vacation: 39%
3. Being able to travel: 36%
4. Spending time with my friends: 32%

Let's celebrate the family with the HONOR Magic Moment Photo Challenge
In support of the research findings, HONOR has unveiled the next topic for its HONOR Magic Moment Challenge, an ongoing monthly smartphone photography contest for the global HONOR community. The first challenge of 2022 will focus on the issue of family, the number one moment that the survey found that people are looking forward to the longest in 2022.
The HONOR Magic Moment "Family" Challenge features three categories of prizes and prizes, including: a HONOR 50 Lite for the "Excellence Award" winner, a HONOR * 2 for the "Pioneer Award" winner and a special HONOR gift Talents for the "Most Potential Award Winner. The deadline for submitting entries to the HONOR Magic Moment" Family "challenge is January 11, 2022 at 12:59 GMT + 8 and the winners will be announced on January 15, 2022.
