Opening the HONOR Magic4 Pro camera we can choose between numerous shooting settings: let's see them together

Second episode of the answer of the series "HONOR Magic4 Pro: Ask me Anything": thanks to @Stefania we will have a full tutorial of the various camera settings of HONOR Magic4 Pro going to discover functions and details. By opening the camera, we have on the top (or left) some basic functions such as the QCORDE player, activation AI, flash, filters and settings menu; while at the bottom (or right) the shooting modes (Aperture, Night, Portrait, Photo, Video, Cinema, Pro, Other), quick access to the Gallery, the shutter button and an additional button (rear / selfie cam switch cam). Two additional functions are also added: the (i) to read the information concerning the chosen shooting mode, and a small green LED (or the symbol of a green camera) which reminds us that we have activated the cam and could be exposed to privacy issues.

One thing that does not emerge from the video is the possibility of obtaining an advanced photographic shot during video recording: using a computational photography and videography algorithm patented by HONOR, the shooting information will be collected through the Comprehensive Sensing System and then will go separately into two different pipelines for video and image processing respectively. Compared to solutions from other smartphone manufacturers, which only support a single pipeline for video processing, HONOR Magic4 Pro can capture truly high-quality images when shooting, which is not limited or dependent on the quality of video recording, as is common, in other smartphones.

Currently there are no following features that some HONOR users used in the past:

- bright trails, light painting, silk effect water;

- management of blur once the photo is created in Aperture mode.

It is also not possible:

- manually manage shooting intervals and settings in Timelapse mode;

- Insert/delete the watermark from an already saved photo/video;

- see which photos have been obtained with AI and possibly see the version with AI disabled.
