Hi guys

It's natural to want to keep your devices at their best, even after you've used them for a long time. This requires diligent care during daily use, as well as timely software updates. Fortunately, we have done our utmost to make the latter as simple as possible

Firmware updates on the HONOR Magic Earbuds are just as easy as those on any other HONOR device. On a phone or tablet, you can go to the Settings menu to perform an update; on your HONOR Magic Earbuds, you'll need to do so through the AI Life app. Given how essential this app is in implementing noise cancellation settings and other features , as well as managing customized controls, completing an update should hardly come as a hassle

Step 1 :

Make sure your HONOR Magic Earbuds are connected to your phone or tablet. Place both earbuds back in the case, but leave the case cover open. Check that both the earbuds and the case have at least 30% battery remaining.

Step 2 :

Open the AI Life app, and select the HONOR Magic Earbuds card.

Step 3 :

Follow the steps shown below.

Touch Firmware update. If an update is available, touch DOWNLOAD AND UPDATE.

If update fails, or if your HONOR Magic Earbuds is disconnected from your phone/tablet, remove the earbuds from the charging case, then put them back in and close the cover. Then wait for five seconds before opening the case and trying the update once again.
