[HONOR 50 Lite] From Nil to 100%, How Much Time Does It Takes To Charge-Up?

So, a very Happy New Year to all the fellow members of the community worldwide. I hope and wish each of us to get what er dream and desire in 2022. Some of you might be knowing that I received the HONOR 50 Lite as an Early Bird Tester, and as a part of that program I'll be sharing the real-time charging speed of the device. I have collected the data of charging time twice and the results were quite similar.

So, as per the official HONOR website, the company claims that phone chargers up to 40% in just 10 mins (Conditions Applied), results were not the same which has to be obvious as in Labs phones have minimum apps installed + screen is turned off, whereas in my case, multiple apps running + screen was ON throughout the charging process.

The above data explains everything, I couldn't calculate the 40% time but what I can share is the 50% time which is around 28 mins. Now, this is actually pretty cool, 50% in approx half an hour with apps running in the background and screen always ON is surely a Super Charging thing. To reach up to 100% the phone took 59 Mins. Normal and Quick chargers take around 1:30 Hrs - 1:45 Hrs which is quite frustrating. Now with 100% in approx 1 Hr, I don't need to put my phone for charging for overnight, I just put it up in charging while I get ready for my work, and by the time the phone gets 100%, thank you @Ella_HONOR for the phone, and I mean it because I needed a phone which could charge so fast.

This time I forced stopped some apps in the background and kept the screen off as well and there were some improvements from the last test. This time HONOR 50 Lite took 24 mins instead of 28 mins to reach the 50% charging mark. The overall 100% Charging time was 54 mins which is 5 mins lesser than the last time. Not a big difference but then again every minute counts.

My personal take is that since I started this phone, charging has not been an issue for me. I simply put this phone on charging and start getting ready for my work, while I get ready my phone is 100% and it lasts more than a day sometimes, I must mention this. I'll be sharing the battery usage and consumption details in my upcoming posts, till then do let me know what are your thoughts on the Super Charging Phone and the data I've shared.
