Hello everyone,

I Had a question and really need support before exacly 7 days i updated my phone from emui 9 to emui 10 since then my phone started to restart by itself without any warning or notice.

I Think i idinitifed this problem but i'm not 100% sure.

When this problem began i tried everything to fix it backups,eRecovery,factory resets,data wype and setting resets nothing changed it and it still restarted by itself then i noticed that when i didn't download any apps my phone kept going up to 8 hours without restarting.

Is the problem google services? Is the problem the apps?

Please i need help i don't have any extra money to buy a new phone right now i want to fix this.

MODEL: HONOR 10 COL-L29

(Already contacted support they said the problem isn't any hardware and it's most likely the emui)
