Hello,

I am restoring a backup that was saved on my laptop using HiSuite software that come with my Honor Play phone, but the password is not working (it's an encrypted backup with an obvious hint!) I am positive I am typing in the correct password, but it won't work...I have 8 GB worth of data in that backup! Please help!
