CELIA is HUAWEI and HONOR ONLINE ASSISTANT, which can provide you the assistance for anything.
Like for buying a new phone, checking the warranty status, locating your device problems, completing all prerequisites before sending your device to repair and much more.
WHERE TO FIND CELIA?
1. Go to HIcare app.
2. Click on QUICK SERVICES.
3. Then tap on - LIVE Chat. & CELIA is here.
HOW TO USE HUAWEI ONLINE chatbot feature?
1. After tapping of LIVE CHAT- the Huawei Support system will asks you to enter your nickname so that CELIA could assist you in a personal way. Also it asks you to read and verify that you have read privacy statement.
2. After completing the above procedure, the chat will look like this :
3.CELIA is now ready to answer all your queries.
