Wazzup guys!

Do you have some important files on your phone that you don't want to be accessed easily by others? Worry no more since you can use our built-in File safe!

File safe allows you to keep your important files like images, videos, audio and files. Putting file on safe will prevent it from showing on public apps like Gallery.

How to enable Safe?

1.Open the pre-installed File Manager app.

2. Tap on Safe and follow the on-screen instructions.

3. Then it will ask you to setup your Safe password and Security questions.

4. Once done, it will ask you if you want to link your Fingerprint to allow easier access.

5. It will also ask you if you want to link your HUAWEI ID for easier password reset incase you forget it and can't remember your security question answers.

Now, how do we add files on the safe?

1. From the Safe homescreen, you'll have some options like Images, Audio, Video and Files.

2. Select the category and tap the Add option at the bottom.

3. Then, you can select which files you want to put on Safe.

What if I want to deactivate Safe?

1. From the Safe homescreen, tap on Settings (located at the bottom).

2. Select Destroy safe.

3. It will ask you to either authenticate it using your fingerprint or by entering the password.

4. A message will appear confirming the deletion of file safe.

Note: This will also delete the files added on the safe. If you want to keep the files and just delete the file safe, you may need to remove the files first.
