The ecosystem of HONOR and the new Earbuds 2 Lite

Just a few days ago we talked about HONOR and its future, witnessing the launch of the first foldable smartphone, but how is HONOR now? The HONOR of the present is constantly evolving, for not even a year, after breaking away from Huawei, it has started to launch its new products and to create an ecosystem *. Today, with HONOR 50, Earbuds 2 Lite and Magic Book Pro, we will see the current state of this integration between smartphones, laptops and accessories.

There is not much to say about HONOR 50, there are all the Google Services so it has no problem using the related applications. I'm talking about Meets, Maps, Gmail and all the others.

Earbuds 2 Lite

The HONOR Earbuds 2 Lite is the first time appears on the channel and that I tell you about it. They obviously work with all smartphones but if connected to a HONOR smartphone, the latter will immediately show the battery percentage with a pop-up as soon as we open the case. I found them improved compared to the previous generation because they no longer have the battery drain that the first ones had and have active noise cancellation.

I found it very convenient to be able to access the headset settings directly from the Bluetooth menu. In fact, you can set the level of noise cancellation (which now does not create that background noise that you heard before) or, on the contrary, choose the aware mode, to be completely aware of what surrounds us and works well, without annoying delays. You can also change the commands to be started with a double tap or with a long press of the headphones.

These HONOR Earbuds 2 Lite sound good and above all they are well balanced, I didn't hear too many highs or too many lows, as is often the case. The overall judgment is therefore positive, excellent for the price they have.

Integration with HONOR Magicbook Pro

The integration with the PC is also interesting, in this case HONOR Magicbook Pro 16 which, thanks to PC Manager, can be activated with a click and the smartphone display can be mirrored. Total mirroring and not just on some apps. So we can use the smartphone while we work on the PC without moving our eyes. This also allows us the very comfortable drag and drop to move files between the two devices in a fast and intuitive way.

So there is integration and it is also well done. The ecosystem is not yet very large but considering that the new HONOR has been around for less than a year ** the work done so far is not bad. I expect a 2022 full of interesting news and the start, given the presentation in China of the Magic V foldable smartphone, promises really well!
