- Open the Honor Health App, go to the device details page of the scale, and make sure that the scale is connected via Bluetooth with your phone.
- Click
> Settings > Firmware Upgrade to enter the firmware information page which displays the current version number. - Click Check for Updates to search for available updates.
- If there are any available updates, click Download and Install to update the device, if not then the current version is the latest version.
- Upgrade progress: The screen will display the upgrade progress in the form of "1%~100%".
- Upgrade successful: The screen displays PASS.
- Upgrade failed: The screen displays FAIL.
- The user who completes the Wi-Fi configuration will automatically become the administrator of the scale and only the administrator can perform firmware update operations.
- Do not use, press the scale, or remove the battery during the upgrade process.
- If the upgrade fails, try upgrading the device again by repeating the above steps.
