Try the following:
1. Use the Password protection feature to reset the password
If you have set Password protection for PrivateSpace, open Settings, search for and access PrivateSpace, and go to 
> Reset password. Then enter the MainSpace password, and enter the answer to the security question. After the verification is successful, set the PrivateSpace password. (If the Reset password option is not available, it indicates that you have not set password protection.)
2 Access PrivateSpace with your fingerprint
If you have associated with a fingerprint, use it to access PrivateSpace. Then clone the PrivateSpace data (such as by using the Space Clone feature of PrivateSpace), and delete the PrivateSpace. Then create the PrivateSpace again.
3 Delete the PrivateSpace
Open Settings, search for and access PrivateSpace, go to 
> Delete PrivateSpace > Delete, and enter the MainSpace password to delete the PrivateSpace. Then create the PrivateSpace again.
4 If the PrivateSpace option can't be found
If PrivateSpace has been enabled but the PrivateSpace option can't be found, the option may have been hidden. Perform the following for the PrivateSpace option to be displayed:
From the MainSpace, open Settings, search for and access More settings, and go to . PrivateSpace should then be displayed.
