If the flashlight can't be turned on, perform the following to troubleshoot:
1 The battery level is too low
Confirm that your phone's battery is sufficient. Charge your phone until the battery level is over 15% and try again. If the battery level is low, your phone's flashlight can't be turned on.
2 Your phone or the flashlight is overheating
If your phone or the flashlight is overheating, wait a while until it cools down.
3 Another app is using the flashlight
Confirm that no other app is using the flashlight, such as the Magnifier or Camera app. Only one app can access the flashlight at a time. Close the apps from running in the background and try turning on the flashlight.
4 If the issue persists
If the issue persists, please back up your data and bring your phone and proof of purchase to Honor Authorized Service Centers for inspection and repair.
