Checking the version number of your band:
- If you are using the Health app to connect your band to your phone, check the version number in the Health app: Wear your band on your wrist. If your band is successfully paired with your phone, open the Health app and go to Firmware update > Current version to view the current version number.
- Checking the version number on your band: Wear your band on your wrist. When the home screen is on, keep your band still and knock on the screen twice, pause for 1 second and knock twice again, then touch the touch-sensitive button to switch to the third screen to view your band's version number.
Restarting your band: Wear your band on your wrist. When the home screen is on, keep your band still and knock on the screen twice, pause for 1 second and knock twice again, then touch the touch-sensitive button to switch to the fourth screen to restart your band.
Resetting hardware: Place your band on the charging cradle and connect the power supply to charge. When your band starts charging, band software will automatically determine and reset hardware.
Restoring to factory settings
- If you are using the Health app to connect your band to your phone, restore your band to factory settings through the Health app: Wear your band on your wrist. If your band is successfully paired with your phone, open the Health app. Touch the device name and enter the device settings screen, and then touch Restore factory settings.
- Restoring to factory settings directly from your band: When the home screen is on, keep your band still and knock on the screen twice, pause for 1 second and knock twice again, then touch the touch-sensitive button to switch to the fifth screen to restore your band to factory settings.
Powering off your band: Restore your band to its factory settings. On the initial startup screen of the band, touch and hold the touch key until your band vibrates. Repeat this operation three times to power off your band.
