    No pop-up window when the earbuds are close to the phone/tablet

    No pop-up window when the earbuds are close to the phone/tablet

    There are various reasons why there is no pop-up window when the earbuds are close to the phone/tablet. Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:

     
    • In order to optimize the experience, there is no pop-up window in some certain scenarios such as turning on the camera, some scenarios in games, some settings interface, etc. This does not affect the Bluetooth connection and normal use.
    • There is a 30-second limit for the pop-up window, that is, there is a pop-up window when you open the case for the first time, and there is no pop-up window if you open the case again within 30 seconds. Please wait for more than 30 seconds.
    1. Turn on Bluetooth on the phone/tablet.

      The earbuds cannot be connected to the phone or tablet with the Bluetooth off. If so, there is no pop-up window.

      Please turn on Bluetooth on the phone/tablet and set the earbuds into pairing mode by putting them close to your phone/tablet, within 20cm.

    2. Check the system version of your phone/tablet

      The system version of the tablet/phone must be Magic UI 4.0 or above.

    3. Update profile

      Connect your phone/tablet to available network/Wi-Fi and turn on Bluetooth. The profile of pop-up window will be automatically downloaded from the server. Please stay for 30 seconds. Reconnect the earbuds to the phone or tablet to check if there is a pop-up window. The network is no longer forced to be enabled after the pop-up window profile is successfully updated. If there is still no pop-up window, please try to set the earbuds to pairing mode again and put them close to phone/tablet.

    4. Reset the earbuds

      Put the earbuds close to phone/tablet, reset the earbuds and check if there is a pop-up window for connection.
