Problem
System Manager failed to block MMS messages that you have set Keyword blocklist for.
Cause
Keyword blocklist can only block MMS messages using phone numbers, not keywords.
Solution
Thank your for bringing this to our attention. Please use Blocklist function to block MMS messages.
- Go to System Manager > Blocked >
> Blocklist Tap + to add phone numbers that you want to block. All messages, including SMS and MMS message, from that number will then be blocked.
