- There may be a problem with the file being played. Try playing a different video or audio file and check if the issue persists.
- Some players automatically reduce video quality if the network connection is slow. Switch to a different network if available. Note that using the mobile data network to play online audio or video may result in data charges.
- You may need to optimize your phone. Open System Manager and touch Cleanup or OPTIMIZE. Follow the onscreen instructions to clean up system cache and junk files, uninstall unused apps, and delete installation packages, videos, and other unused files.
- Too many apps are running in the background or the system cache is not cleared.
- To close the background apps:
- If the virtual navigation bar is enabled, touch
to show all apps running in the background, and then touch
to close them all.
- If your phone supports navigation gestures, swipe up from the bottom of the screen to show all apps running in the background, and then touch
to close them all.
- If you use the front navigation button, swipe left or right on the navigation button to show all apps running in the background, and then touch
to close them all.
If you don't want to close all apps, you can touch
on the apps you want to keep so they won't be closed.
