Problem:
When the phone\'s secondary SIM card receives an SMS message or downloads an MMS message, the data service for the primary SIM card is temporarily disabled and only resumes after the message is received or the download is complete.
Cause:
This is because your phone is dual SIM dual standby. When messages are sent to the secondary SIM card, your phone gives priority to receiving messages, which temporary disables the primary SIM card and deny its Internet access or show 2G/3G. This is normal.
Suggestion:
