Unable to log in to HONOR App Market and received the message "Your network is unstable. Please try again later"

Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:

  1. Please upgrade the HONOR App Market to the latest version and open it again.
  2. Check if the network is causing the problem. Change the connection type and log in/connect again, such as using Wi-Fi if you cannot log in with mobile data. If you cannot log in with both mobile data and Wi-Fi, the network connection may be unstable, you can wait some time before trying again.
  3. Clear the cache of HONOR App Market and then reopen it. How to: Go to System Settings > Apps > Apps > App Market > Storage and select the option to delete data and cache.
  4. You may not be able to log in or connect due to the leakage of your HONOR ID and password.Try to change your password and log in or connect again.
  5. Open System Settings > Search and tap "Network access" > Recheck Mobile Data and Roaming Data for the App Market.
  6. It is possible that Optimizer has turned off the network permission for HONOR App Market. You can check the network permission by either path below:
