Conditions of Participation
for the “Christmas Day”, “Win HONOR Gifts and Voucher” Campaign

1. Scope of application

1.1 By taking part in the Campaign, the participant accepts these conditions.

1.2 Participants shall comply with the Honor Platform Terms of Use (https://agreement.itsec.honor.com/asm/agrFile/getHtmlFile?agrNo=1025&country=gb&branchId=0&langCode=en-gb) for user submissions and/or uploads. Submissions that violate the applicable Terms of Use or guidelines shall be disqualified.

2. Organizer

The organizer of the Campaignis Honor Technologies (UK) Co., Ltd, Landmark Office Space, 450 Brook Drive, Green Park, Reading, RG2 6UU (herein: “Organizer”).

3. Eligibility for Participation

3.1 The Campaign opens to all persons who, at the date of entry, are (1) aged 18 years or over; and (2) who are resident in the United Kingdom.

3.2 The Organizer’s employees, their immediate family members, and employees of cooperation partners who are or were involved in creating or implementing theCampaign, are excluded from participation.

3.3 Participation is only possible on one’s own behalf and joint submissions are not allowed. There is a restriction on one entry per person per competition.

4. Participation

4.1 The Campaign starts on 15^th November 2023, 00:01. The deadline for entries is 31^st December 2023, 23:59(“Entry Period”). Submissions received outside of the Entry Period will not be considered.

4.2 To take part in theCampaign, the participant must fill out his/her email address and accept these conditions by checking “I have read and agreed to the Conditions of Participation for the “Subscribe to Grab Voucher”, “Limited Time Flash Sale" , “HONOR Points Special Activity”, and “Subscribe to Win Gift” Competition checkbox on HONOR UK Online Store (https://www.honor.com/uk/shop/).

4.3 Submissions containing any defamatory, obscene, illegal, or any other unsuitable material will be disqualified and withdrawn by the Organizer.

4.4 The Organizer accepts no responsibility for failure to participate due to incomplete, incorrectly completed, lost or delayed entries to the prize draw or for any malfunctions or failures in the software that has been designed to maintain the participant’s details.

4.5 The Organizer reserves the right to exclude a participant who violates these Conditions of Participation, tampers with the Campaign, or makes false representations or statements that violate applicable law or infringe third-party rights. If a participant is excluded, prizes and benefits may be subsequently revoked and reclaimed. In this case, a new winner will be determined pursuant to the procedure in section 5.

5. Events, Prizes and Benefits, and Notification of Winners

This Campaign consists of the following 4 events:

5.1 Subscribe to Grab Voucher

a) In the Grab Voucher event, all participants from 4^th December 2023 to 25^th December 2023 shall receive a voucher code for £10 off both on 2 Bundle Packages placed on HONOR UK Online Store (https://www.honor.com/uk/shop/):

Bundle2: HONOR 90 12GB+512GB + HONOR Band 7 + HONOR Earbuds X5

b) The Subscribe to Grab Voucher event is only available for new subscribers. The voucher will be included in the welcome email participants will receive soon after they have successfully subscribed to HONOR newsletter. Participants can use the voucher code by entering it when checking out.

c) In the Grab Voucher event, £10 off voucher is valid until and including 8^th January 2024.

5.2 Limited Time Flash Sale

a) The HONOR products below in 5.2 b) are available for purchase on HIHONOR Website and My Honor App during this Flash Sale (“Flash Sale Product(s)”). Only 30 Customers will be entitled to enjoy the sales price (“Flash Sale Price”) by subscribing to HONOR newsletter during the event period from 29^th November 2023 to 8^th December 2023.

b) Consumer(s) who subscribe during the event period will receive welcome emails with Flash Sale special links after successful subscription. See the table below for detailed information:

c) The Flash Sale Product(s) are available on a first-come-first-serve basis, while stocks last. Limit one per person.

d) The products are subject to designated quantity and availability.

e) Compensation of the products in cash, their exchange, or their transfer to other persons are excluded.

f) The Organizer does not accept any responsibility if Customer(s) is not able to complete the payment within Flash Sale period.

5.3 HONOR Points Special Activity

a) The HONOR Points Special Activity Rewards is only available on HIHONOR Website and My HONOR App (UK) during this HONOR Points Special Activity period. Customer(s) will be entitled to receive the HONOR Points after completing the following activities in 5.3 b) from 29^th November 2023, 00:01 to 29^th December 2023, 23:59:

b) Customer(s) will be entitled to HONOR Points when they participate in selected activities. The details are as follow:

· HONOR Account Registration: New Customer(s) can get 200 HONOR Points when they complete the registration and log in to the HONOR Account for the first time. (Only 20 points can be earned during the time when events are not taking place)

· Product Review: Customer(s) will get 10 HONOR Points by leaving comments within three working days after receiving the products (excluding services products). (When the logistics status changes to "Received", the order is complete. At this point, the Customer(s)can begin to comment on the order.) The number of words should not be less than 10 words. Customer(s) will be entitled to HONOR Points by commenting on different products in the same order, and the Customer(s) will be entitled to 10 HONOR Points for each product review.

· Sharing HONOR Product Information: Customer(s) can earn HONOR Points by sharing information about HONOR products, events, or campaigns on http://www.honor.com/uk via the share button to their social media account, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Customer(s) can get 2 HONOR Points for each share, and the daily cap per Customer is limited to10 HONOR Points. Please note that the Customer(s) will not earn any HONOR Points by merely copying the link or clicking on “Copy Link” without sharing.

· Referral Program: Customer(s) can refer friends to purchase HONOR products. And for each new referral by the Customer(s), the rebate HONOR Points received by the sharer = the actual amount paid by the invited user for the purchase of products (excluding services products) *5, where the actual amount paid does not include shipping costs and preferential discounts such as coupons and HONOR Points. · 2x Earn Your Points: During the event period (4^th December 2023- 31^st December 2023), HONOR Points will be rewarded according to the amount paid which excluding shipping fee ( £1= 2 HONOR Points). For the rest of the period (From 1st Jauary 2024 to later) £1 = 1 HONOR Point. Rounding value of the HONOR Points will be given if the case of the amount paid in decimal. For example, if the actual payment amount is £99.4, Customer(s) will get 199 points. For the rest of the period (From 1st Jauary 2024 to later) user will get 99 points. If a single order contains more than one product, the HONOR Points will be calculated based on the total value of the actual payment amount of all HONOR products (Excluding Services and HONOR Care Products).

· 2x HONOR Points Redemption: During the event period (4^th December 2023- 31^st December 2023), HONOR Points can be double redeemed. When Customer(s) purchase products in My HONOR App (UK) or www.honor.com/uk, Customer(s) can use the HONOR Points directly to deduct part of the total amount. Every 100 points can be used as £2 during event period (4th December 2023- 31th December 2023). The deductible amount is no more than 30% of the total value of the order. (Excluding Services and HONOR Care Products).

5.4 Subscribe to Win Gift

a) Customer(s) who subscribe to Honor newsletter from 15^th November 2023 – 31^st December 2023 is eligible to participate in the “Win Gift” event, and have the chance to win the Prize. The prize is a voucher of a certain value which can be used only in purchasing designated product in the HONOR UK Online Store (https://www.honor.com/uk/shop/). There will be one winner selected from certain pool of participants respectively on 3^rd January 2024, and corresponding prizes will be awarded. Please refer to the below table for details:

b) One winner will be selected by a random computer process, which will take place respectively on 3^rd January 2024.

c) The winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of the participation within 48 hours after the end of the prize draw. The voucher will be included in the notification email. By using the voucher, the winner will be able to get the product specified on the voucher for £1.

d) In the Win Gift event, the voucher for prize is valid until and including the 14^th day after the date of the voucher distribution.

6. Data Protection

By submitting an entry in Subscribe to Grab Voucher Event, Limited Time Flash Sale Event, HONOR Points Special Activity, and Subscribe to Win Gift Event, participants will provide their personal information which will be processed by the Organizer as data controller and its authorized agents for the purposes of Campaign administration and prizes and benefits fulfillment. In the Campaign, participants' data will be stored for 2 years from the end of the Campaign. Participants may exercise their rights as established in the Privacy Statement. 7. Miscellaneous

7.1 In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Organizer, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or technical) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Campaign or the awarding of prizes and benefits, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any stage but will endeavor to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

7.2 If any provision of these Conditions of Participation is held invalid by any law, rule, command, or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

7.3 All legal relationships arising because of or in connection with these conditions and the Campaign are governed by England and Wales law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts. Mandatory laws of the participant’ s resident country explicitly apply.

7.4 The vouchers or benefits can only be used for ordering or prize redemption at HONOR UK Online Store (https://www.honor.com/uk/shop/) and

HONOR Terms and Conditions of Sale shall apply, see: https://www.honor.com/uk/terms-of-purchase/

7.5 The winners will be responsible for any taxes or charges incurred in claiming the prizes and benefits.

7.6 Prizes and products are subject to availability. The Organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control make it necessary to do so.

7.7 Compensation of the prizes in cash, their exchange, or their transfer to other persons are excluded.

7.8 The Organizer does not accept any responsibility if Customer(s) is not able to take up the prizes or benefits. The Prizes, benefits, and products are not for resale, have no cash value and cash redemption value, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
