Conditions of Participation
for the “Win HONOR Gifts and Voucher” Competition

1. Scope of application

1.1 By taking part in the competition, the participant accepts these conditions.

1.2 Participants shall comply with the Honor Platform Terms of Use (https://agreement.itsec.honor.com/asm/agrFile/getHtmlFile?agrNo=1025&country=gb&branchId=0&langCode=en-gb) for user submissions and/or uploads. Submissions that violate the applicable Terms of Use or guidelines shall be disqualified.

2. Organizer

2.1 The organizer of the competition is Honor Technologies (UK) Co., Ltd, Landmark Office Space, 450 Brook Drive, Green Park, Reading, RG2 6UU (herein: “Organizer”).

3. Eligibility for Participation

3.1 The competition is open to all persons who, at the date of entry, are (1) aged 18 years or over; and (2) who are resident in the United Kingdom.

3.2 The Organizer’s employees, their immediate family members, and employees of cooperation partners who are or were involved in creating or implementing the competition, are excluded from participation.

3.3 Participation is only possible on one’s own behalf and joint submissions are not allowed. There is a restriction on one entry per person per competition.

4. Participation

4.1 Participation in the competition is free of charges and fees and does not require the purchase of goods and/or services.

4.2 The competition starts on 26th June 2023, 00:01. The deadline for entries is 4th August 2023, 23:59(“Entry Period”). Submissions received outside of the Entry Period will not be considered.

4.3 To take part in the competition, the participant must fill out his/her email address and accept these conditions by checking “I have read and agreed to the Conditions of Participation for the “Win HONOR Gifts” Competition checkbox on HONOR UK Online Store (https://www.honor.com/uk/shop/).

4.4 Submissions containing any defamatory, obscene, illegal, or any other unsuitable material will be disqualified and withdrawn by the participant.

4.5 The Organizer accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly completed, lost or delayed entries to the prize draw or for any malfunctions or failures in the software that has been designed to maintain the participant’s details.

4.6 The Organizer reserves the right to exclude a participant who violates these Conditions of Participation, tampers with the competition, or makes false representations or statements that violate applicable law or infringe third-party rights. If a participant is excluded, prizes and benefits may be subsequently revoked and reclaimed. In this case, a new winner will be determined pursuant to the procedure in section 5.

5. Events, Prizes and Notification of Winners

This Campaign consists of the following 3 events:

5.1 Grab Coupon

a) In the Grab Coupon Event, all participants from 26/06/2023 to 04/08/2023 shall receive a coupon code for 5% off on an order of one or more products (excluding tablets) placed on HONOR UK Online Store (https://www.honor.com/uk/shop/).

b) The coupon will be included in the welcome email you will receive soon after you have successfully subscribed. Copy the coupon code to use.

c) In the Grab Coupon Event, the 5% coupons are valid until and including 30th September 2023.

5.2 Win Gift

a) The prize is a voucher that can be redeemed for designated product and can only be used in HONOR UK Online Store (https://www.honor.com/uk/shop/). There will be one winner selected from certain pool of participants respectively on the 7th August, and corresponding prizes will be awarded. Please refer to the below table for details:

b) One winner will be selected by a random computer process, which will take place respectively on 7th August 2023.

c) The winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of the participation within 48 hours after the end of the prize draw. The voucher will be included in the notification email. By using the voucher, the winners will be able to get the product specified on the voucher for 1 pound.

d) In the Win Gift Event, the voucher for prize is valid until and including the 14th day after the date of voucher distribution.

5.3 Early Bird Voucher (10% off) for HONOR 90

a) In the Early Bird Voucher Event, all participants from 26/06/2023 to 05/07/2023 shall receive a voucher code for 10% off on an order of HONOR 90 placed on HONOR UK Online Store (https://www.honor.com/uk/shop/).

b) The voucher code will be sent by email on the 6th of July after successful subscription.

c) In the Early Bird Voucher Event, the vouchers are valid until and including the 14th day after the date of distribution.

6. Data Protection

By submitting an entry, participants will provide their personal information which will be processed by the Organizer as data controller and its authorized agents for the purposes of competition administration and prize fulfillment. In the Grab Coupon and Win Gifts campaigns, participants' data will be stored for 2 years from the end of the competition. In the Early Bird Voucher campaign, participants' data will be stored for 6 years from the end of the competition. You may exercise your rights as established in the Privacy Statement. 7. Miscellaneous

7.1 The Organizer’ s decisions regarding all promotional matters will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7.2 In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Organizer, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or technical) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any stage but will endeavor to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

7.3 If any provision of these Conditions of Participation is held invalid by any law, rule, command, or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

7.4 All legal relationships arising because or in connection with these conditions and the competition are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Mandatory laws of the participant’ s resident country explicitly apply.

7.5 The coupons can only be used for ordering or prize redemption at HONOR UK Online Store (https://www.honor.com/uk/shop/) and are subject to the following terms:

7.6 The winners will be responsible for any taxes or charges incurred in claiming the prize.

7.7 Prizes and products are subject to availability. The Organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control make it necessary to do so.

7.8 Compensation of the prizes in cash, their exchange, or their transfer to other persons are excluded.

7.9 The Organizer does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize. The Prizes and products are not for resale, have no cash value and cash redemption value, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
