Call me totally thick but if a phone has security issues or rather security patches that when reported to support or customer services then who is liable????? Who is responsible to keep the phone up to date with security updates? Now I'm no scientist nor do I have a degree in fixing phones but how am I to Install an update when I've countlessly request support that erm the so called customer services cannot even deal with.. 1st January 2019 was the last security update my phone has had.. Anyone want to offer me a clue wtf is going on with this?
