I bought two magic 5 lite phones, one updated to magic UI 7 instantly
my other phone won't and hasn't received a system update in over 35 days of the other phone being updated and is stuck on magic UI 6.1. I can't contact support and I'm losing faith in honor over this. I was a big hauwei fan before they removed Google. I want to know if I can get help with the software update? I tried factory resetting and pressing tryout version on the update page.
