Now an event today has saw the official launch in China of both phones, let's take a look

Honor X10 Max 5G:

July 2, 2020, Honor launched the Honor X10 Max, the company’s new 7.09-inch large phone with dual-mode 5G, long battery life, dual speakers for maximized user experience, and more.

Honor X10 Max sports a 7.09-inch display with FHD+ resolution (1080 x 2280) and waterdrop notch design. The screen has RGBW pixels mapping to provide users better content visibility under outdoor light scenarios. The display also has DCI-P3 cinema-level ultra-wide color gamut for a vivid color generation.

Honor X10 Max has dual speaker grills – one at the bottom and the other on the top side to create a maximum sound for the users tuned by Histen technology.

The phone equips dual rear camera including a 48MP main + a 2MP macro camera. On the front side, it has an 8MP selfie camera.

The Honor X10 Max powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 800 5G chipset with NSA/SA dual-mode 5G network support. As it packs with a 5000mAh battery that 22.5W fast charging. Notably, the phone also provides NFC.

Honor X10 Max comes EMUI 10.1.1 (Android) pre-installed and new features such as knuckle gestures. It has a new design in three color options – Blue, Black, and Silver.

The large body of Honor X10 Max expands at 174.37mm x 84.91mm x 8.3mm and weighs at 227g. While the fingerprint scanner is embedded on the side.

Honor X10 Max Price:

Honor X10 Max 5G (6GB + 64GB) priced at 1899 yuan ($268)

Honor X10 Max 5G (6GB + 128GB) priced at 2099 yuan ($297)

Honor X10 Max 5G (8GB + 128GB) priced at 2499 yuan ($353)

The first sale of Honor X10 Max will start on July 3 in China.

Honor 30 Youth Edition (Lite) 5G:

Today Honor launched a new Youth-series device – Honor 30 Youth Edition in China. This new phone comes with MediaTek Dimensity 800 5G chipset with NSA/SA dual-mode 5G support, side fingerprint, and a waterdrop notch display.

A 6.5-inch full-view IPS LCD display is featured on Honor 30 Youth Edition with FHD+ resolution (1080 x 2400), 91.2 screens to body ration, and 90Hz display for smoother animation and graphics performance as well as 180Hz touch sampling for faster touch response.

Honor 30 Youth Edition 5G equips a triple rear camera system consisting of a 48MP (f/1.8) main camera + an 8MP (f/2.4) ultra-wide angle + a 2MP (f/2.4) macro camera. On the front side, it has a 16MP (f/2.0) selfie camera.

It packs a 4000mAh battery that recharges with a 22.5W fast charging. The phone runs Magic UI 3.1 (Android 10) with the latest features on board. On the other hand, this new 5G phone measures at 160 × 75.32 × 8.35 (mm) and weighs 192g.

Honor 30 Youth Editon is avaialble for pre-order from July 2 and the first sale is slated for July 7 in China.

Honor 30 Youth Edition (6GB + 128GB) priced at 1899 yuan ($268)

So there we have it. The Honor X10 Max 5G brings a huge 7" screen to the table with an amazing sunlight visible RGBW screen along with stereo Histen tuned speakers, making it an outdoor cinema experience while keeping the Honor signature camera quality with a 48MP main camera. The Honor 30 Youth Edition 5G bring the smoothness of 90hz display technology to a low price point, while keeping features such as blazing fast dual mode 5G, a great Dimensity 800 chip and a 48MP camera along with a wide angle cam for those landscape photography moments.
