Hello, Honor fans and my followers. According to Huawei Technologies Company report last week, Huawei will sell Honor his sub-brand, so that Honor will face a new unknown future.

Since establish, Honor works on producing electronic devices, including smartphones. Speaking of smartphones, Honor has provided us a lot with affordable budget price, like Honor 9A, Honor 10X Lite, and ect. Not only, these smartphones’ price is very attractive to consumers, and also, perform well with high-specs in different fields.

Basically, Google Play Store App and Other Apps of GMS core series only work on the smartphone with Google Framework. Since last years, Google Company banned Huawei Smartphones in new model to use GMS Service, like Huawei P30, Huawei P40, Honor 9A, Honor 9X, and ect.

• Is it Possible to Install Google Framework and Google Play Store App on HMS Phone?

Of course, looking back at the last question, Google Play Store App works only on the smartphone with Google Framework. So, you can back up the system from old model smartphone which Google Play Store App works on, and then restore the system mirror on your present smartphone, after that, install Google Play Store App and other Apps and restart your smartphone.

Answering this kind of question, in my opinion, I think Honor will take back Google Play Store with any doubt. GMS will own advantage of user amount over HMS, and this fact will continuously stand maybe for around 3-5 years.

From another perspective, when we search Huawei Mobile Services on Google Play Store App, surprisingly we can find it and install it. It means that GMS and HMS can work with each other on the one smartphone, you can give it try later if you have other brand smartphone like Xiaomi.

• If Honor Take Back Google Play Store App, does it work on current Honor Smartphone?

Of course, the answer is NO. Let’s take a look at Honor smartphone Honor 9X series, after GMS banning, Google Play Store App still works on without any affect. In view of this, if you want to use Google Play Store App On old models of smartphone like Honor 9X Pro, Honor 9A, Honor 10X Lite and ect... you should follow the old methods to install Google Play Store App.

By the way, Honor View 40 / Honor V 40 will be released soon, and Honor View 40 will be the last HMS Phone. Therefore Google Play Store will not work on, too. And the next new model will accept GMS.
