Honor support UK response to issues.

OK I have been in touch with honor support UK via email and these are responses I have received via email from them.
App twin.
The Honor 50 does not have a Twin App for now, and whether that will be added in the future alongside a software update is an information we momentarily do not have.
Android auto.
I'm sorry to hear that those steps didn't aid the situation. At the moment we are still testing and finding out what type of cars are compatible with the Android Auto functions and it appears the ones you tried to connect to aren't compatible.
WiFi and volte calling missing after software update.
I understand. In this case we will escalate your situation to a higher level team and see how the situation can be fixed.
So I am still none the wiser with this phone no response yet from the higher team, no app twin and android auto doesn't work with Ford, Vauxhall or Citreon which are the vehicles I've tried.
I'm sorry to say that this phone for me is absolutely useless as it can't do most of the things I need it too.
No chance of sending it back and getting a refund so it's going to sit in a draw while I go back to the honor 20 pro which still does everything the 50 can't even android auto connects with no issues. Such a shame these issues are there on a new phone.
