I have contacted customer service countless time and each time given different replies which is scripted about emui updates and each time have been told that an update in emui is coming... Lol yet a year later and so many wasted times contacting UK customer services still no emui 9.0/9.1 and its now August 2019 I've tried every possible way through my laptop to the HICARE app to requesting an emui update and guess what still no update.. So anyone who reads this be warned if you buy a phone from this company be prepared to be made to chase them though hoops and even then you won't get an answer that puts your mind at rest.. Its all scripted to make them seem they know what's going on.. Even security updates are three months behind which for a company like this is bad..i may have a phone that isn't as powerful as these new phones but I like so many people who own honor phones who have got emui 8.1 should all be give the correct information without the total ridiculous excuses or lies.. We take our time to buy your phones and fill your pockets.. Least you can do is send us emui updates and security updates on time and train your customer service staff properly.. For now I will move over to Samsung and I will pass on my bad experience through word of mouth and on social networks as this is by far the worst customer experience I have ever had. Bye huawei/honor I'm sorry I purchased your phones.
