Honor has officially unveiled its latest flagship, the Honor 10, at an event in China. A global launch is expected to be confirmed at an event in London, U.K. on May 15. Recently, Honor has announced that Flipkart will be exclusive online sale partner for Honor 10.
Flipkart’s Senior Director of the mobile department strongly recommended the Honor 10: “We believe this phone is a game changer in the flagship segment with its high performance at an unbeatable price. It is the most beautiful phone of 2018 in the premium segment.”
Firstly, one of the most striking aspect of the Honor 10 successor is its design, which takes more than a few cues from Huawei P20. On the front, it has a 5.84-inch FullView LCD display with a 2,280 x 1080 resolution, a 19:9 aspect ratio, and a notch cutout that houses a 24MP selfie camera. It also sports a thin fingerprint sensor on the front ‘chin’ bezel.
As well as traditional color schemes like Black and Teal, the Honor 10 is also available in Twilight (pictured above) with a prismatic effect that switches between shades of blue, purple, much like the Twilight Huawei P20. According to Honor (via Gadgets 360), this “AI 2.0” technology enables better portrait selfies, and other camera features. In short, Honor 10 can recognize more than 500 scenarios of 22 categories, including text, food, animals, and group photos and so on. After recognizing, the Honor 10 will adjust photos basing on huge amounts of photos that it had learned, allowing everyone to take fantastic photos without learning photography skills and Photoshop.
Finally, according to Gadgets 360, there will be two model: 6GB RAM+ 64GB ROM/ 6GB RAM+ 128 GB ROM. Both models are outfitted with a 3400mAh battery, quick charge and headphone jack, and have EMUI 8.1 based on Android Oreo pre-loaded.
