VoLTE setting for Honor 8 FRD-L19 not working in India

I have purchased Honor 8 FRD-L19 from Malaysia on 26 October 2016. Now I have been relocated to India and I will stay here only. After moving to India my phone stop showing VoLTE settings and signals. When I was in Malaysia, I got update for VoLTE and it was working properly. Could you please help me to get VoLTE settings which can work in India also. Please help me to resolve this issue as here my service provider (Reliance Jio) asked for VoLTE settings only.
