Activity Time

If one of the days is the service center's off day or public holiday, the service day activities on that day will be postponed to the next working day. You may confirm with our online service agent before you go to service center.

Terms and Conditions

1.HONOR Service Day is valid on every 5th and 6th of the month at HONOR Authorized Service Centers. HONOR Service Day will be automatically postponed to the next working day if either of the days falls on public holiday.

2.HONOR Service Day is only eligible for walk-in customers of HONOR Authorized Service Centers for HONOR products launched and sold officially by HONOR and/or its authorized distributor after 01/01/2021.

3.Each Customer is only eligible to participate in the HONOR Service Day once a month. Photos taken during HONOR Service Day will be used for promotional purpose.

4."Extra Warm Service” such as free cleaning, free software upgrade, free screen protector is only applicable to walk-in customers of the HONOR Authorized Service Centers. Software of a particular phone model can only be updated to the latest software version of the model according to the original software release schedule. HONOR is not responsible for any data loss due to software update. Customer is recommended to perform data back-up before performing any software update.

5.For "Free Labor Charge Service” of out of warranty repair, customer is entitled to free labor charge repair services of HONOR devices on HONOR Service Day. For the avoidance of doubt, HONOR Service Days only waives the labor charge of repair service. Customer is still required to pay the cost of parts replacement according to the repair quotation. If customer's device has "Screen Protection Rights", it is not applicable of this "Free Labor Charge Service".

6.By participating in HONOR Service Day, Customer hereby agrees and provides consent to HONOR to the use of any personal data as provided by the Customer for the purpose of participation in HONOR Service Day in line with the Personal Data Protection laws and regulations, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by HONOR for lawful purpose directly related to the running of HONOR Service Day. By providing the personal data, Customer indicates that he/she have read, understood and agreed to be bound by HONOR’s Privacy Policy stated at https://agreement.itsec.honor.com/asm/agrFile/

7.By participating in HONOR Service Day, Customer agrees to participate and cooperate as required in all editorial activities relating to HONOR Service Day. Customer agrees to grant HONOR a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use such footage and photographs, voice, biographical information and/or statements, at any time or times, in all media types worldwide for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes and the Customer will not be entitled to any fee for such use.

8.HONOR Authorized Service Centers and its employees, HONOR’s distributors, dealers, partners, program organizer, their employees and immediate families of employees are not allowed to participate in HONOR Service Day.

9.HONOR Service Day promotion is not applicable with other ongoing event promotions.

10.HONOR reserve the right to interpret and amend the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
