The 9X design language is simple. Have the entirety front of the phone surrounded entirely by a full-view 6.59" display which Honor refers to as FullView or "a standard display style with narrow bezel widths and high screen-to-body ratio (circa 84.3% in this case)"

At the 9X's top is the earpiece; recessed within the frame just above the screen (sadly, no LED light for notifications can be found beneath the grille), and the front is taken up entirely by the 6.99-inch display. Almost bezel-free except for the bottom / chin section

The 9X frame is made out of aluminium and on the right side are the power button and volume rocker. The top side of the phone is where you'll find a hybrid SIM tray (holds either 2 SIMs or 1 SIM & a microSD card) and the pop-up selfie camera module is located just beside

At the bottom of the phone, we have (from left to right) a headphone jack, the microphone, a USB type-C port and the loudspeaker. The adoption of the USB type-C connector is indeed the most welcoming addition and so is the retainment of the evergreen 3.5mm jack

The plastic panel at the back of the 9X houses the dynamic X design and the fingerprint sensor is smacked top-middle. The triple camera system is to the top-left and isn't flushed with the body, so using the bundled TPU protective case to stabilize the 9X is highly recommended

Overall, 9X's design live up to its predecessor with its glimmering pearl X effect and it can only get better as more colors are introduced (where are you Phantom Purple?). Just a word of wary to those unacclimatized to #BesarGiler phones as the 9X is bigger than the 8X
