我的荣耀 开启荣耀之旅

Right in the middle of 2018, HONOR released the esteemed HONOR 10 smartphone. I'm a big fan of it. Why? For the simple reason that this excellent handset offered amazing camera performance and near-flagship specifications at an affordable price.
Now, we have HONOR 10 Lite, which I consider to be a follow-up. As the name implies, this is a cheaper version, with properly scaled-down specifications. But before you dismiss it as a commonplace entry-level phone, keep reading. It's actually very good — particularly for its bargain-basement price.

For the past month or so, I've been actively testing HONOR 10 Lite. During this period, it's served as one of my daily workhorses, alongside top quality models like HONOR Magic 2 and Huawei Mate 20 Pro.
Suffice it to say that it doesn't feel like a major downgrade. HONOR 10 Lite offered very good day-to-day performance and impressive battery endurance. The camera produces satisfactory shots for the price point, while the design and body of the phone is attractive, and even feels somewhat premium.
Read on to find out what HONOR 10 Lite has to offer.
Glancing through the specifications of HONOR 10 Lite, and it becomes immediately evident that this is a budget phone. Below are the specs of the model I have, although it's noteworthy that there are other slightly different configurations available.
3GB RAM
64GB ROM
HiSilicon Kirin 710 octa-core CPU (4x 1.7GHz, 4x 2.2Ghz)
6.21-inch display (2340×1080, 415ppi)
MicroSD support
3,400mAh battery (non-removable)
24MP front-facing camera (f/2.0)
13MP+2MP rear-facing camera (f/1.8, PDAF)
Android 9.0 Pie
Budget phones usually tend to be boring and unattractive. This simply isn't true of HONOR 10 Lite, which sports a gorgeous reflective rear, paired with a very small notch and breathtakingly tight bezels.
Let's start with the notch, as it's usually the first thing most people notice about a phone. It's tiny, its width measuring only a few millimeters. This small area houses HONOR 10 Lite's single front-facing camera, and is so small you'll barely notice it's even there.
But there is a catch. Although it's true that smaller notches give you more screen space, it's worth mentioning that they also limit what you can do. For instance, HONOR 10 Lite doesn't come with a facial recognition sensor, or a secondary camera for wonderful bokeh-filled selfies. These are not going to be a deal-breaker when you consider the price point, however.
While HONOR 10 Lite has tight bezels, the phone's "chin" is rather notable. At the bottom of the phone, you'll find a 3.5mm headphone jack, a microUSB port for charging and a speaker.
