Today, we're going to compare HONOR 8X with Mi 8 Lite.
Specification and price
HONOR 8X uses Kirin 710 chipset. Mi 8 Lite uses Snapdragon 660AIE chipset. I would recommend the version of 4+64GB, because the price of its higher configuration can cover the cost of HONOR Play and Mi 8 SE.
HONOR 8X has a 6.5-inch LCD display, Xiaomi has a 6.26-inch LCD display. They are on the same level. But the screen ratio of HONOR 8X is higher. And HONOR 8X is more beautiful.
Appearance
HONOR 8X is 7.8mm thick and weighs 175g. Mi 8 Lite is 7.5mm thick and weighs 169g. Mi 8 Lite is slightly lighter.
HONOR 8X has a glass double-color backboard. Mi 8 Lite has a monochrome backboard. In terms of the appearance of backboard, HONOR 8X is better.
HONOR 8X has a 3.5mm interface, but its bottom still uses micro-USB interface. Mi 8 Lite removed headphone jack and has USB Type-C interface.

HONOR 8X's maximum 10W charging takes 2 hours and 10 minutes. Mi 8 Lite supports fast charge of up to 18W, but there is no standard fast charger, which needs to be bought separately. The full charge takes 1 hour and 25 minutes. In terms of charging speed, Mi 8 Lite is better.

The performance of HONOR 8X's rear camera is at a medium level among the phones of the same price range. The overall performance of the camera of Mi 8 Lite is slightly better than that of HONOR 8X.
