Cause:
Your phone is designed not to produce any sound when setting the ringtone, if all of the following conditions are met:
- Do not disturb is enabled.
- None has been selected in .
- Repeated calls is disabled.
Solution:
It is recommended that you disable Do not disturb when setting the ringtone.
