Some third-party apps do not ring or send reminders on time after setting an alarm or schedule reminder within the app.
Cause
The app may not ring or send reminders on time if it is closed from the background or if the device is restarted.
Solution
- To avoid the app being closed from the background, the specific steps are as follows:
Go to , find the third-party alarm app, disable Manage automatically, and enable Auto-launch, Secondary launch and Run in background.
After opening the app, go to Recent tasks and swipe down on the app to lock it.
- It is recommended to use the pre-installed Clock or Calendar app.
