Cause
There may be multiple 2.4 GHz wireless signal sources nearby, causing interference with the network you are trying to connect to.
Solution
- Disable Bluetooth on your computer and try connecting to the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network again. Re-enable Bluetooth once you have connected to the Wi-Fi network successfully.
- Try connecting to a 5 GHz Wi-Fi network.
- Relocate or power off nearby mobile devices which may be causing the interference.
