Problem
After forcibly shutting down the computer at the lock screen, the system prompts that the username or password is incorrect upon startup. Unable to log in to the system via Fingerprint unlock.
Cause and solution
By forcibly shutting down your computer at the lock screen, the system will close the fingerprint management app in the background. Therefore, Fingerprint unlock will not be available. In this case, you can log in using your username and password. To use Fingerprint unlock, the system must be powered on/off normally.
