USB Connector Stuck
USB Connector Stuck |
Problem
The USB connector of a wireless mouse or other USB device is stuck in the USB slot and cannot be pulled out. The wireless mouse USB connector is broken and stuck in the USB port.
Solution
Put the laptop on the table, lift the laptop to a certain angle with your left hand, then press the USB connector down and pull it out, so that it will not get stuck, and it will be easier to plug and unplug. If the USB connector is pulled upwards with force, it may be difficult to be pulled out.
If you still cannot remove the USB connector according to the above method (for example, the USB connector of the wireless mouse is stuck in the USB slot), or the USB plug is broken in the USB port, do not forcefully pull it out. Back up important information. Bring your laptop and related warranty information to a nearby service center authorized by HONOR for engineers to troubleshoot the problem.
