Problem
No \"VoLTE HD calls\" menu is displayed after you insert the SIM card into your phone.
Cause
According to the documents issued by carriers, Telecom, Mobile, Unicom, and National Radio and Television Administration (NRTA) all require phones to turn on the \"VoLTE HD calls\" function by default and do not display the \"VoLTE HD calls\" menu.
At the request of our carriers, Honor phones running MagicUI 4.0 and above turn on VoLTE HD calls by default and no longer have a VoLTE switch. This modification does not affect the function of VoLTE.
- With VoLTE, you can enjoy shorter call setup times, higher quality and more natural voice calls, and the ability to use the Internet while making phone calls.
- If you want to turn off VoLTE, we recommend that you contact your carrier for assistance.
