- not caused by human factors - within 180 days from the date of purchase, you are entitled to a free
replacement device.
This service ensures that if your device experiences a hardware failure that is not caused by external
factors
(such as accidental drop, water damage or unauthorized disassembly), a new device will be provided as a
replacement rather than a repair.

If the device is sold or transferred to another person, the new owner may also benefit,

2. How much Complimentary Replacement do I get?

3. What is a “hardware failure not caused by human factors”?
A hardware failure is not considered to be caused by human factors if it results from the failure of
internal device components under normal conditions of use and outside the certification class of the device
(i.e. failures not related to standard performance specifications and durability limits set by certification
bodies). The following issues are excluded from the service:
1) Accidental drop or physical damage to the unit.
2) Unauthorised disassembly of the unit, including tampering with internal components.
3) Water ingress if the waterproof mark inside the unit turns red or if the unit does not meet the

4) Any other damage caused by misuse or external factors.
