    Eligibility: This complimentary replacement without repair service is only available to devices purchased in https://www.honor.com/uk/shop/.


    Coverage: The service covers hardware failures not caused by human factors. Any damage due to external factors - including but not exclusively - such as drops, unauthorized disassembly, or water ingress is excluded.


    Limitations: This service is available only once per device during the 180-day validity period.


    Validity Period: The 180-day period begins from the date of purchase. If the device is sold or transferred to another person, the new owner may enjoy this benefit, but the validity period will remain the same as the original purchase date or activation date.


    Claim Process: You must submit your device to an authorized HONOR service center for assessment. If eligible, a new device will be provided as a replacement.
