If your device experiences a hardware failure - not caused by human factors - within 180 days from the date of purchase, you are entitled to a free replacement device.
    This service ensures that if your device experiences a hardware failure that is not caused by external factors (such as accidental drop, water damage or unauthorized disassembly), a new device will be provided as a replacement rather than a repair.
